Dear Merchants and Sponsors,
The annual Holy Cross High School Indian Summer Festival will be held on Friday, August 28, from 5:30 p.m. to midnight and Saturday, August 29, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight. As our school’s largest fundraiser, the festival helps support our students by keeping tuition affordable while funding academic programs, technology, extracurricular activities, and other school needs.
We are asking for your support to help make this year’s festival a success. Donations of gift certificates, merchandise, event tickets, gift baskets, services, or other prizes are greatly appreciated and will be used in our Silent Auction and as prizes throughout the festival.
We also invite you to become a festival sponsor. Sponsorship is a wonderful way to promote your business while making a lasting impact on our school and students. A sponsorship form is enclosed for your convenience.
